Sellers: Market Analysis
The Bartlett Team will provide a free, preliminary market analysis to San Francisco
property owners. After our initial contact, we will schedule a time for
a short visual inspection. Once we have seen the property, we will prepare a
bound Current Market Analysis, or CMA. Our CMA will contain the following:

- Comprehensive Property Description
- Comparable Properties Report
- Marketing Plan and Samples
- Pricing Analysis and Marketing Recommendation
We will present our CMA to you in person and answer any questions. We are confident
that we will convince you that we can achieve the most money the market will bear and
make the whole selling process as smooth as possible for you, the seller.
Honesty and Integrity
There are agents out there who will attempt to "buy" listings by telling sellers
exactly what they want to hear. This can lead to over-priced listing which take
much longer to sell. Overpricing can be counter-productive for sellers because it
can taint a property and make it ultimately sell for less than it would have had it
been priced accurately in the first place. The Bartletts make a promise to always
speak clearly and honestly. We will tell it how we see the situation and we will
give you our professional advice based on our experience and knowledge of the current market.
Commitment
After reviewing our Current Market Analysis and listing presentation, we will seek a
formal listing agreement to sell your property. Once you have signed up with the
Bartlett Team, we will begin preparing your property for sale.
