Marketing your property begins as soon as we have a signed listing agreement. There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes. We firmly believe that it should not be "secret" that a property is "for sale". We believe in maximizing exposure for maximum results. The appropriateness of available marketing programs will be discussed and agreed upon with the seller. Once the showings begin, we keep a detailed activity log that records all listing activities, reactions, and results. We use this data to make changes if necessary and to formulate an ongoing strategy for making decisions. Because we always know what is going on, we typically know what to expect and we can make ad hoc changes as needed to ensure results.

Also of note is that the Bartletts do not belive in lock boxes nor do we use assistants to show our listings. We firmly believe in showing our listings ourselves to insure that potential buyers see the property in its best light. We will treat your home with respect, and will be there at showings to best represent your interests. Our personal service sets us apart from other top producing agents.
