The appropriateness of available marketing programs will be discussed and agreed upon with the seller. Once the showings begin, we keep a detailed activity log that records all listing activities, reactions, and results. We use this data to make changes if necessary and to formulate an ongoing strategy for making decisions. Because we always know what is going on, we typically know what to expect and we can make ad hoc changes as needed to ensure results.

Also of note is that the Bartletts do not belive in lock boxes nor do we use assistants to show our listings.
